Suggest Treatment For Persistent Knee And Hip Pain.

i have been suffering for 8months now with right knee /hip pain. I cant put weight on my rt. leg. Ive been doctoring with an orthopedic doctor who can t find the answer to why I cant walk. Perhaps stems from my back? I am ready to call it quits. my quality of life is very poor and I don t want to go on this way. I am thinking that I may need a hip replacement but the orthopedic said it wasn t bad enough. Lost my job and my health insurance and now am seeing a chiropractor who has recently referred me to another orthopedic doctor. I will go to him when I obtain some kind of health insurance but my hopes are dwindling.

Hi welcome to HCM

I have gone thru your query and can understand your concern .

But dear , it is not a cause for worry .A few simple steps can change your life if you follow seriously .
For your info , our body works as a unit . If one problem arises any where in our body , the other will follow due to reaction of meds or otherwise .

It’s also important to find the cause behind the pain. You may need blood work and X-rays to rule out more serious possibilities. The sooner you get to the root of the problem, the sooner you’ll be on the road to recovery by removing the cause .
Being overweight can aggravate the problem as well, so weight management is important.
For those with arthritis, keeping the leg stationary or reducing the range of motion to avoid pain can stiffen the joint and make matters worse.

One thing is sure that our health depends on what we eat , when we eat and how we eat and also our life style and activity level .
It is important to stay properly hydrated for elimination of toxins from your body .
Along with diet management - including essential nutrients and antioxidants like juice of amla , aloe vera , fresh juicy fruit & ginger garlic & spices like bishop's seeds , black pepper , nuts , green veges ,lemon and a 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder with a cup of cow's hot milk will helps to enhance minimum required energy level .
To detox and strengthen your body & mind ,Daily exercise to keep the joint moving will help reduce knee pain . So minimum physical activity - walk ,yoga - Stretching of limbs gently, Setubandh , Bhujjangasan ,Makkarasan, Shavasan , Pranayam - Kapal bhatti , deep breathing , Anulom Vilom , Omkaar Naad are helpful .
Avoid Dehydration, over medication , muscle mass, fried , fast foods , fats, salt , caffeine ,alcohol ,smoking ,weight gain , all can damage your health .
.
Have patience , You will feel the difference within 2-3 months .
If the problem persists , for further action ,you will need frequent visits to your doctor .
Hope this helps solve your query . Take care . All the best .
