Suggest Treatment For Persistent High Fever

Having high fever of103-4 from last 25days..the tests regarding malaria ,typhoid ( test done thrice) dengue are negative ...ESR is 50 ...have taken synriam for 3days .moxind cv 625 for 5 days ,uribid for 7 days..but no relief..though the fever was out for4-5 days after taking synriam (anti malarial)....but came back after that ... usound whole abdmn.is normal..chest x- ray is normal....pls suggest what to do next...ct scanforabdomen& chestis also normal

In my opinion, you should get done blood culture and sensitivity report. Culture report will isolate the causative organism and sensitivity report will guide about effective antibiotic treatment.
