General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blood pressure if remains persistently high even after taking medications after 10 days certainly needs attention. You might require certain investigations to be done and assess whether you would require another medication to be added along with the one you have been prescribed. Kindly reduce your salt intake, do meditation to keep your mind stress free and light exercise regularly, which will prove to be beneficial along with medications. Kindly consult physician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
