Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache

Hi Doctor, I have been having persistent head aches for several years. Almost every two to three days in a week on an average which are mostly pulsating/throbbing often accompanied by acidity. They last for several hours if I do not resort to painkillers. I do feel fatigued due to the extreme pains which are mostly in the top, middle and forehead region of the head above the temple. Not triggered by sensitivity to light or noise. While also doing physical training I usually get a feeling that headache (as throbbing begins) has started though its developing in nature and often escalates to sharp acute pain. The patterns, as I indicated after every two to three days in a week. Seek your kind help.
