Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever

My daughter is 6 years old and has been running a high temp for 3 day. So far the highest was 104.1. No other symptoms and she s acting herself and playing. I took her to doc. They said maybe coxsacki virus. I don t see anything on her hands or feet. Maybe one dot on her throat. Should I be concerned and take her to her regular doctor?

At least it seems that she has a virus. You can keep giving her paracetamol for her fever and sponge her when her temperature crosses 101 F. Give her plenty of liquids and a light, easy to digest diet. If she breaks out into a rash elsewhere, or has new symptoms, take her to the doctor.
