General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of fever for the last 3 days with body ache and cold coming as 2 -3 episodes per day and relieved on taking Paracetamol. The blood report is showing normal total WBC and Neutrophil counts indicating no bacterial infection and hence can be due to viral infection.
Continue taking Paracetamol in adequate dose as per the body weight after consulting your Doctor 3 - 4 time a day.
Take plenty of oral fluids orally.
Clinical evaluation bya Doctor will help further for clinical diagnosis, follow up and further investigations and treatment as needed.
Also take a oral or topical nasal decongestant for cold.
Monocytes raised above normal limits has not much of clinical significance so no worry about it unless your Doctor finds the further review WBC count.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
