Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea
I am having diarrhea for 16 days now. Runny non formed stool. Lab work normal. Stool culture normal. See GI specialist tomorrow. Just had a Microdiskectomy last Tuesday. Severe pain before that and had some back injections before that. microdiskectomy L-4 L-5. Surgery successful. I am not having any pain and I have no history of GI problems. Last colonoscopy mentioned diverticulis but otherwise not remarkable. No Blood

It is good you are going to see the gastroenterologist to try to figure this out.
Related to the back surgery if you've been taking a lot of NSAIDS, they could be the cause of the diarrhea, and usually gets better when you stop them
