Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea And Vomiting

My husband has food poisoning and does not want to eat anything. He is drinking some water and did have a coke last night. It is the 3rd day and he has had dry heaves and has thrown up every thing and had diarrhea. Do I need to make him start eating something?

As a physician I would like to tell you that according to symptoms of your husband, what he might be suffering from in a Food poisoning or Acute Gastroenteritis. As a physician, I would strongly advise that you should visit a Physician as soon as possible because he might need antibiotic course as well as blood pressure monitoring as a part of treatment.
