Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea And Lower Abdominal Pain

I have what I believe to be IBS-D and am being treated with something orange flavored I stir in water. This medicine plugs me up for a good day or so and then diarrhea comes back with a vengeance. Since Thanksgiving I had not only had diarrhea, but also shooting pain in my lower stomach. I haven t found any food that doesn t set it off. Any suggestions?
