Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Vomiting
Hello Doctor,
My query is to do with this constant and really annoying cough, which by the way has been on going for up to four weeks now, and driving me and my Husband totally insane. It is a dry and irritating cough, which persists until I vomit, I am vomiting up blood and I mean lots of it, and blood from the nose, it is a very scary thing to have, as I have absolutely no control over when or how long this will last. It can happen at night while sleeping which consequently wakes myself and man up. It also can happen at any given time during the day no matter what I may be doing. talking sometimes seems to make cough worse a breathing in air irritates the symptoms, Please help me as this is only getting worse and am at my wits end. Also get very wheezy and short of breath, and have taken to using and inhaler not sure if it is helping, but is seems to do the trick for a very very short time.If you could shed some light on my plight it would greatly appreciated.

Well come to HCM
This could be allergic cough but this could not be taken as granted and in my opinion this need to be taken for investigation and X-ray chest and total blood count are advisable, till then this can be treated with Tab Loratidine pseudoephedrine, three times in day, this is nothing to worry, if this is allergic cough then this could take little more time to come around, you can try pure honey too, take care.
