Hi,

As per your query about treatment for persistent cold and sneezing in an infant of 12 months and having breathing difficulty at night shoes infection of respiratory tract and needs antibiotic treatment after consult a pediatrician and a proper examination. Sometimes infection may proceed to pneumonia so a proper evaluation and examination of baby is needed beside giving timinic syrup and nasal drops, nebulization may be needed.

I hope this information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
