Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chest Pain, High BP And Headache In An Elderly Patient/woman

My Mother has been experiencing lose of breath, accompanied with pain in her chest, elevated blood pressure and a headache beginning 7.5 years ago. It is getting worse the older she gets to the point she cannot even put clothes from the washing machine to the dryer. She will be 80 this month. My email is YYYY@YYYY .

I can understand your mother concern

persistent chest pain with high BP is allways to be ruled out
plz make her to undergo regular ECG,2D ECHO test and serum creatinine

she can use antihypertensives and salt restriction in her diet
consult once the cardiologist for further management or hcm

I would like to suggest take diuretics ,anti angina drugs ,antihypertensives
don't worry have the consultation with cardiologist plz
