Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chest Discomfort

i am having discomfort in chest so I had endoscopy and report says Lax les and fundal erosions with prolapse gastropathy, got positive for H Pylori currently on treatment for H pylori , whats the reason for my chest pain and is this prolapse gastropathy a serious issue please let me know as early as possible

Continue your treatment for H pylori with tablet Ezythrocin ant Omiprazol. Take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetables.
