Suggest Treatment For Persistent Bumps On The Scrotal Skin

I doubt I have Sebaceous Cyst. I have few small lumps on my scrotum skin. I tested myself and confirmed that they are not from inside. They are present on the skin only. I am having them from nearly 1 year. I feel no pain. Sometimes, seldom I feel itchy, it may be also due to pubic hair. So is it really Sebaceous Cyst? Are they dangerous? Which type of doctor I should consult for it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
It's difficult to diagnose without examining. As you are saying swellings are there from a year and is seldom problematic then it could be any benign tumour or cysts like lipoma, sebaceous cyst or rarely any infections. Consult a surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Thank you
