I had back pains in the past few days. It then escalated from my left upper back to the middle of my left back and then to my ribs. Every time I inhale it would hurt my left ribs. I couldn t sleep straight or on the left side because it would hurt me. Now the pain is slowly going away but everytime I breathe my lungs and my heart feels weird. I feel like my heart is going to stop pumping.
As per your query you have persistaent back pain that radiated towards chet and rip also uncomfortable during sleeping . Well there can be many reasons for your symptoms like multiple sclerosis , fibromyalgia , trapezius spasm , shoulder problem , cardiac problem like angina , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) , bronchitis and pericarditis . I would suggest you to do light stretching exercises and apply warm compresses to affected area . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may ask you to do some movements to find out exact cause . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , multivitamin supplement along with anti spasmotic ointment . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist or pulmonologist if he/she find problem to related with heart and lungs respectively .
