Suggest Treatment For Peripheral Neuropathy And Peripheral Vein Disease

I was diognosed with peripheral Neuropothy as well as Perepheal vein diesease. My feet and bottom legs were starting to swell prior to going in for a total hip replacement. I had surgery on Tuesday June 22 and came home on Thursaday following surgery. My feet have gotten progressively worse as far as swelling and both legal apear to be getting rather larger. I have been taking a water pill Torsemide 20 mg. Since getting home the swelling in my feet and legs are getting worse. I did have open heart surgery 2 years ago and recently had a EKG to get approved for surgery. I told my Orthpedic surgeon today and he does not feel the swelling is related to,the recent surgery as not limbs are affected. I do have a Kidney doctor as I had one kidney removed some years ago, please help.
