Suggest Treatment For Periodic Tingling Feeling In Feet

Since a car accident 5 months ago I am getting periodic tingling in my feets (comes and goes but is present every day). Last three weeks I have had what is best described as a warm sensation in my left calf nd rght foot and calf. Mri of neck showed a herniated disc C4/C5. Bulging disc C6/c7. Both are touching the spinal cord but do not compress it. Seen orthopedics etc and no goodwill answer. Going to see a neurologist to seek further diagnosis. Any advice would be appreciated. I it possible the mri missed something? Can an upright mri help?
