General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is commonly seen in Diabetics. Your blood sugar levels should be normal. Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory tablets should be taken. If there is no response, then circumcision has to be done. Nothing to worry. Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hari Charan Perigela, General Surgeon
