General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

We initially recommend anti-fungal creams and ointments such Clotrimazole to be used. You have been using them unsuccessfully and now the only option is taking oral anti-fungals such Fluconazole. Consult your doctor for a prescription because it isn't sold OTC.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
