Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain And Frequent Urination
I had a cytoscopic due to hx of UTI s, pelvic pain, burning and pain with urination, and frequent urination. I was put on antibiotics two times the last 4 months. The first antibiotics did not help. The second course of antibiotic did help with the burning and pelvic pain. Hoewever i m still having frequent urination. My doctor said he saw a growth on my kidney. He thought it could be cancer. After that I did not hear much of anything he said. I did remember he said that he needed to go into my bladder to explore further ,and I will have to wear a catherter for two weeks. I m waiting for the office to call me back to schedule the procedure. I do realized I need to talk with the doctor again. My question to you. Is a tumor or growth in the bladder always cancerous?
Tumors in the kidney, bladder or anywhere else can be benign or malignant. So not every mass is necessarily a malignant tumor (cancerous). However that is not always easy to differentiate with urine analysis or imaging, often a biopsy is needed as you were told. So I am afraid you will have to wait for the procedure to know more.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
