General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having corn formation on the part giving severe pain while walking or putting pressure on it.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If there is corn formation, apply corn cap tightly on the corn for 5 days.
If require apply another corn cap if corn did not come out with first application.
Ok and take care.
I find this answer helpful
