My my daughter is 28 yrs and she start getting light partial seizures when she was 23 and she lost consciousness a couples of times and Doctor put on seizure medicine and she got better for some time maybe getting seizures twice per month , however now she does not loose consciousness and getting twice per day when she wake up or later in the day but they last 3 O 4 seconds and she is aware but I m concern that she getting it more often and feels like a song in her head or something... Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Evaluation like epilepsy protocol MRI for temporal lobe involvement and EEG is advisable. Drugs like Lacosamide or Carbamazepine/Oxcarbazepine should be added to Levetiracetam.
