Suggest Treatment For Paranasal Sinuses

Paranasal Sinuses: Concentric mucosal thickening within the left maxillary sinus extending along its infundibulum. The remaining paranasal sinuses are clear. Concha bullosa on the left and paradoxical curvature of the middle turbinate on the left. I am having surgery soon. What is the procedure to do this?

Hello,
Thanks for asking at HCM
It is good you have planned for surgery.
the mucosal thickening in left maxillary sinus will get relieved once the sinus opening is made wide . which can be done with the help of surgery . It is the Endoscopic sinus surgery which is done . Does not cause any damage to the external nose and does surgery with thin endoscopes .
the concha bullosa which is air containing turbinate will also be opened.
I hope have answered
in doubt do reply
