The symptoms like racing heart, feeling like skipping a beat, poor social interaction with friends and fear of panic attacks are due to severe anxiety only. Try relaxation exercises like Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises (PMR) and Breathing Exercises and these will help to keep panics away. Yoga, meditation also help to reduce the anxiety.
Take Vitamin B12 and Omega 3 Fatty Acids supplements and this will help to reduce depressed feelings and anxiety.
If poor response occurs due to these methods consult a psychiatrist. SSRIs are drug of choices in anxiety. These medicines (Fluoxetine, Paroxetine etc) will help to decrease the anxiety. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.
Thanks, hope this helps you
