Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Panic attacks comes after anxiety or panic attacks are due to anxiety. Your basic problem should be anxiety. Anxiety is not a disease but a disorder. Escaping from the anxiety causing situations actually increases the probability of panic attacks. Taking situations head on is the solution. It could be difficult in the beginning. That is why I told you HEAD ON.

Positive imagination is psychotherapy way. Close your eyes. Imagine that you are in the panic creating situation. Feel that you are happy, without panic, enjoying, smiling, calm, perfect etc. Do this several times a week. After a week please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
