Suggest Treatment For Panic Attack And Anxiety Disorder
had panic attack 2 days ago, been feeling unwell for about 8 months anixety, dizziness, naseua, sometimes loose bowels, now feeling very nausea and drowsy, doctors has just prescibed anti depress, is this ok? wont it make me more drowsy?

Your symptoms are all due to anxiety disorder.
Antidepressants are also antianxiety agents. They will act well but may 7-10 days to show their effects. Not all antidepressants cause drowsiness. So dont bother about that.
You can also try relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep yourself calm.
For now you can take tablet domperidone to control nausea and drink lots of fluids to prevent dehydration.
