Suggest Treatment For Palpitations Caused Due To Stress
sir , i am having exam study leave now..whenever i go to sleep at night , my sleep becomes disturbed after sometime and wakes up in between.. so iam feeling very sleepy during morning hours..but when i go to sleep during morning time i am experiencing palpitation.. should i take some antianxiety drugs

You are having anxiety disorder due to stress of exams. You should take help of expert counsellor or psychiatrist and get yourself examined. Taking undue stress would affect your health and memory. This will also affect your exam results. You can start anxiolytic drugs such as alprazolam and Diazepam but they will lead to sleepiness and you will not be able to concentrate on studies. So better be counselled properly. All the best.
