HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible the lump in the pelvis is a lymph node. These are present in different areas of the body and enlarge due to infection, inflammation or cancer.

There are also different causes for lumps in the testes such hydrocele, varicocele, cancer, epididymal cyst.

It may be best to see your doctor to determine the exact diagnosis of both lesions so that treatment, if needed, can be initiated.

I hope this helps
