Suggest Treatment For Painful White Patches On The Mouth

Hello doctor In Jan 2015 I seen white patches and lines inside cheaks it was painful doctor treat with zocon tab three month course. White patches removed but it was painful when eating .Another doctor proscribe mouth alcer they treat with rebagen tab.my query is how many days I can take this tab because when I stop taking tab pain coming. Have another parmanent treatment pls advised.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems that white patches and lines inside the cheeks can be either fungal infection or in case if it is in the form of small ulcers it can be due to formation of Apthous Ulcers..
Treatment can be planned only after a proper clinical evaluation and giving medication without proper diagnosis will not resolve the problems and will lead to recurrence..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and a Biopsy can help in confirmation of the cause..
Rebagen contains Rebamipide that is amino acid derivative and is given for treatment of mouth ulcers, so as of now you can continue taking it..
You can also gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
Avoid spicy foods and maintain a good oral hygiene..
