Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination

It has been a couple of weeks but my penis just below the head it feels like something is stuck like I need to pee and get it out but as I drank plenty of water and peed the feeling is still there no improvement can I get a diagnosis for this and how I can get rid of this

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urethritis or urinary tract infection. Doing urine routine examination will be helpful to rule out this. It would be better if you go for culture of urine to find any pathogen present. In case of any infection then taking antibiotic therapy will be helpful to clear this. Taking urinary antispastics like flvoxate will be helpful relieve the symptoms. You can also take potassium citrate syrup in water to get relief from painful urination.
