Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Lymph Nodes In Groin Area

I have had swollen lymph node in my groin area on and off for about 6 months. The nodes on the right side are constantly swollen now. Very painful and occasionally rupture. I have a low grade fever several times a week, but am otherwise healthy. Should I be concerned?

It may be due to tuberculosis or ither hidden infections.
Please consult your physician for lab test and biopsy of nodes and total examinations of body.
Take tablet paracetamol or ibuprofen for inflammation.
Consult doctor for antibiotics.
