Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Left Breast
Hello I just need some input on this. I have a Doctors apt tomarrow however the bottom half of my left breast has been swollen, painful and very tender to the touch. It also feels very heavy. When I gave myself a breast exam it feels different than my right breast and I found a small lump under my nipple. What do you think about these symptoms? Thank you.

From history it seems that you might be having acute mastitis i.e. severe infection in the breast producing painful, tender enlarged breast.
Consult Gynaec and get your both the breasts thoroughly.
You might require one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 5 days.
If require your Gynaec may go for Mammogram.
Ok and take care.
