Hi..
Can understand your concern..

The entire symptoms you presented here shows that the gel used for bleaching was very much concentrated and the tray used for applying the gel to your teeth must not be well fitting leading to leakage of the bleaching agent to your gums and it has caused injury to your gums leading to ulceration of your gums and swelling..

Mucopain gel is good for you to reduce the discomfort caused due to swelling and ulcers.
You should take multivitamins as well as some painkillers if you have pain..
As the gums have a good blood supply they will heal themselves soon..
Other precautions that you should take is use an ultra soft tooth brush to clean your teeth..
Take food which is not very hot and spicy as it can cause pain and discomfort..
Keep your mouth clean by doing mouthwash gargles after each meal to avoid any bacterial infection in open lesions.

hope you get well soon..

Thanks and regards..
