Suggest Treatment For Painful Soft Bump On Ankle Caused By Injury
I injured my shin by walking into a low shelf, about 3 weeks ago. It caused infection and I have kept the wound clean and applied Betadine ointment. A few days after the injury I developed a painfull soft bump under my ankle on the same leg. Is the soft swelling related to the injury s infection. A docter said I have a blood clot and put me on a treatment regime of Warfarin?

This bump is infection peeping out. It will require drainage and iv antibiotics.
