Suggest Treatment For Painful Pimple Near The Anus

hi I am Sonu from Ferozepur (Punjab), i noticed one pimple near the anus which i feel some pain when i touch the same i was suffered fromm multiple fistula and operated in 2011 for this. now from 2011-2015 i dont suffer from any pimple or swelling near my anus but i am suffered from piles when i take alcohal drink. Sir plz suggezt me is this pimple is fistula again or its normal pimple due to summer seosons

I understand your concern.
Pimple though due to summer heat, needs to be examined for possible cause of future abscess & fistula there after- specially in patient like you who had past history of fissure/ piles/ fistula.
Please consult a ano rectal surgeon for proper guidance & treatment to avoid further complications.
