Suggest Treatment For Painful Penis While Suffering From Hydrocele

hi im 19 and have a right hydrocele the dr saw it a few yrs ago i had outpatiends procedure, now 3 yrs later its much worse my right testicle is almost 5-10 mtimes the size od the left its deformed and feels hard in most spots. ive been afraid 2 go c a dr since i first noticed it, its rarely painful but always extremely anooying and just very inconvinient, it kinda scares me, is it possible 2 get it back 2 normal thru surgery? is it dangerous? what should i do? if some1 can help me i would really appreciate it. i dont no why i waited so long but i need help asap. thank you

Got the history of right hydrocele operated. Now it is the same right one which has got enlarged tremendously. feels hard -
This is dangerous as it has no pain . This can be a cancer or a hydrocele.
I would advise you to undergo ultrasonography and color doppler examination and MRI if possible.
If this is hydrocele, a simple surgery can cure it.
If cancer , you need to go to Oncosurgery center to get full evaluation, surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
