Suggest Treatment For Painful Neck And Shoulder

my neck hurts and makes a popping sound when I move it. It began last week when the back of my chair suddenly moved forward. A few hours after it happened, my right eye became swollen. Since that time my left shoulder and arm hurt when I move my head to the right. I also have a tingling sensation in the bottom of my right foot.

Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query I think there is compression of nerve at cervical region. So there is tingling and there is also injury of spine causing tingling in foot. But you don't worry you need analgesic, hot fomentation, care of back when the wean off you require physiotherapy exercises of back and cervical spine. Hope your query has been answered. Thanks.
