Hello dear
I understand your concern
Painful intercourse and dysuria could be due to UTI/urethritis, STD infections like gonorrhea, chlaymydia, fungal infection.
I would suggest to consult dermatologist and undergo clinical examination, urine routine , microscopic test and STD test if needed
Following treatment will help you:
For UTI:
Drugs like septran, pyridium, syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
STD infection require specific treatment depend on cause.
Tablet doxycycline for two week covers all type of STD
Fungal infection require application of clotrimazole ointment
Wear pure cotton loose inner and avoid sex till you get better
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
