General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
understand your concern.
Piorhoids is Ayurveda tablet.
Regular intake of Plorhoids relieves pain of haemorrhoids & stops the bleeding passing along with stools & helps to avoid operation.
Take after meal, 1 to 2 twice daily with water.

But it will take long time to cure.
You can start allopathy therapy and take following guidelines:

Other guideline u can follows are below.
1. Taake foods rich in dietary fiber,
2. intake of more oral fluids to maintain hydration
3. nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: Tablet brufen/paracetamol
4. Avoid straining to pass stools, as this may make your haemorrhoids worse
5. after passing a stool, use moist toilet paper or baby wipes to clean your bottom, rather than dry toilet paper pat the area around your bottom, rather than rubbing it.
6.Warm (but not hot) sitz baths a: sit in about 8 cm of warm water for 15 minutes, several times a day, especially after a bowel movement.
7. Steroid-containing agents should not be used for more than 14 days, as they may cause thinning of the skin.
8. petroleum jelly or zinc oxide, an analgesic agent such as lidocaine, and a vasoconstrictor such as epinephrine can be used

If not respond to drugs and increased in severity:
9. If symptoms persist, your doctor may suggest one of the following procedures. Many can be performed as a day-case:
- Injection or sclerotherapy.
- Banding.
- Coagulation or cauterisation
- Surgery: Doppler-guided, transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization and stapled hemorrhoidopex

Hope this may help you.
Take care

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
