I am aware of basic accupressure points & method,by reading books & practising.My problem is that in winters,if my hand finger tips strike on something hard / or my foot outline surface hits on anything hardly say on earth ,it pains inside,it's not hitting pain only,it's inside.Also in winter on fingers there appears first redishness in sunrays & then swelling also in extreme winter,it eases on pressing the liver point.Kindly advice the cause & cure.
