I am a 27 years old male and I have beeing talking 6 mg Estradiol Valerate a day, and 200 spironlactone a day, for six years and now it s been two weeks after I stopped them. at the same time I have been in many antidepressants non stop from the age of 18 and now I m 27. almost all type of SNRIs (Serotonin and Noradrenaline Reuptake Inhibitors) and SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) and I also stopped them at the same time I stopped my hormones. Also I have been taking finasteride proscar 5mg a day for four years but I have been stoped this medication 3 years ago. the problem is since i stopped my hormones and antidepressants two weeks ago.I have been experiencing painful erection during sleep, it wokes me up two to three times, the discomfort pain comes from the inside base of the shaft only. another thing might be related is that when I masturbate I experience very intense and non stop orgasm last for hours. how can i sleep without these painful erection ? and why am I having these painful erection ? thanks
