Suggest Treatment For Painful Bruising After Injury
Hi there. I slipped getting out of a hotel shower 18 days ago. The bruising was hideous and also the pain but I thought it would just heal. I realise it s not been long but the bruising has all but gone but this massive horizontal dent remains! Will time be a good healer or should I go to my GP to seek advice as if this is permanent will be very upsetting and not something that I ll just put up with. Thanks in advance for your help.

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion must be due to collection of blood beneath skin (Ecchymosis ) and it may not be permanent but may take some time to come around infection is the matter of concern and care need to be taken for this, else this is noting to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
