Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of painful black color bumps on the thighs which could be due to bacterial infection of thigh area which is leading to folliculitis and clogging of sebaceous glands with dead bacteria and sebum as excessive glands are there. Need not to worry. You should wear loose clothes and avoid sharing clothes. I would suggest you to keep the area clean and maintain proper hygiene and dryness. Wash properly with cold water and apply topical antibacterial cream bacitracin. Take oral antibiotics as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You can go for peeling as well.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
