Suggest Treatment For Pain While Breathing After Using Massager

Think i pinched a nerve in my neck by using a hand held massager on highest speed to long. It s a sharp pain in middle right side of back few inches below shoulder blade. I got concerned when it became painful to take a breath and almost was having difficulty breathing. Ive been applying heating pad but is there anythinh else i should be doing or concerned about. Thank you

You need to get this evaluated
There could be a problem with a ruptured disc pressing on a nerve root, but it might also be a pulmonary embolus so it would be best to see a doctor right away
