Suggest Treatment For Pain Upon Pressure On Knee After Practising Dance Moves

Im a dancer and A few months ago I had to do perform a death drop where I fall to me knees pretty hard. I had bruising on my knee at first but now there is no bruise but it hurts to put pressure on it. Again it s been a few months since this has happened. Also, I believe it s under my knee cap. hi. there are many things that might be wrong with your knee. It can be a cartilage or ligament tear/strain or a patellar displacement. The only way you can find out is go to an orthopedic surgeon. The sooner the better due to your job description. Try applying warm compress and do less weight bearing on the affected knee. Do not do any jumps or lunges for now until you are cleared. This is just to prevent further injury. Try using a knee support also to lessen the pain.
