Suggest Treatment For Pain, Sore Throat And Lump On Side Of Throat
Hi Doctor, For about 2-3 weeks now ive had a painful sorethroat, it has gone from having tiny white patches that went away to now having a pretty large bump/lump on the left side of my throat. ive also had extreme neck pain and stiffness along with a runny nose, and typical aches in my joints. it seems to be getting worse.

Without a physical examination it will be difficult to find the right diagnosis. But this could be either strep throat or oral thrush. Requiring 10-14 days of anti-fungal medications (e.g. nystatin) or antibiotics like amoxicillin 500 mg twice daily for 14 days. Would be best if you visit a doctor for a physical examination.
