Hi,

I think you might have developed mild infection in skin after microdermabrasion.
And that is why you might have pain in skin. You take antibiotics along with nimesulide or paracetamol with brufen in proper doses after consulting your dermatologist. Avoid soap on face. You may apply aloe vera containig gel or antibiotic cream like sisomycine cream. Avoid exposure to sun rays and wind. Keep the face covered by clothe. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
