Suggest Treatment For Pain On Movement After A Laminectomy

I had a laminectomy Dec. 3 and have had no physical therapy yet, I am still in pain especially when I walk, stand or sit for a period of time, I have several people asking me how come I m not doing pt yet? my question is should I have had physical therapy or does my bones and muscle need to be healed before I can do any exercises?

inmy opinion you should go for physiotherapy. best thing is to take opinion of operating surgeon. your surgeon must have given advise on this matter.
