Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain on tip of penis can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI), reproductive tract infection (RTI) or trauma to the tip of penis.
I suggest you to get an urine examination to look for evidence of UTI.
In case, any evidence of UTI is discovered, antibiotic therapy for UTI can be started.
Is the pain accompanied by rash, enlarged lymph nodes or discharge?
If yes then probably the pain is due to RTI.
In such a case, avoid unprotected sex till the infection is treated.
However, a clinical assessment is required followed by relevant investigations and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
