Suggest Treatment For Pain Joint Pain In Body Due To Arthritis

I'm 20 years old, moderately active, never really sick. My question is kind of complicated, you see, as at 20 years old, I feel like an 80 year old sometimes. I have pains all over my body often, usually the knees, elbows, back, neck, feet. I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my right elbow along with Osteochondritis Dissecans and a cyst in the bone. 2 years ago I had a golf ball sized cyst removed. Now my other elbow is starting to feel the same pain as my right one, im concerned I may be getting arthritis there now too. Often times, I feel malaise or tired, I just feel like I'm falling apart before I even have begun my life. It's really affecting my everyday life and limiting my career paths very quickly as my state seems to be deteriorating quickly. I just don't know what to do, and everyone says that I'm fine, it's normal, or that I'm a hypochondriac because I complain of alot different aches and pains. I have suffered from depression, and seeing myself crumble like this really doesn't help either... Please help, I'm really nearing my last hope for answers.
